BharCap has a differentiated investment strategy designed to maximize risk-adjusted returns. The BharCap investment strategy is predicated on partnering with exceptional management teams to capitalize on powerful industry trends. We have a proprietary research process, leveraging our CEO Network, to identify the key themes impacting the financial services and fintech sectors over the next several years.
BharCap seeks to (1) identify trends that are creating significant disruption and / or high growth in the financial services and fintech sectors and (2) leverage our long-term industry relationships to meet companies that capitalize on the identified trend(s) for either growth equity or buyout transactions. We often utilize our CEO Network, which consists of a network of former financial services and fintech CEOs or C-level executives to identify key trends or meet potential targets.
We believe that our rigorous, thematic idea generation process, proactive direct origination effort and our CEO Network have historically enabled the majority of our investments to be proprietary in nature, which differentiates us from our competitors.
Members of the BharCap team have been involved with investments totaling over $4.0 billion (including outside investors) in numerous financial services companies dating back to 2004.
